FAQs
What is the difference between refined and cold-pressed oil?
Refined oils are processed using high heat and chemicals, which can reduce natural nutrients and aroma. Cold-pressed oils are extracted at low temperatures without chemicals, helping retain their natural flavour, aroma, and nutritional value.
Can coconut oil be used for daily cooking?
Yes. Coconut oil is stable at high temperatures, making it suitable for frying, roasting, sautéing, and everyday cooking.
Why does coconut oil solidify in cooler temperatures?
Coconut oil naturally solidifies below around 24°C due to its natural fatty acid composition. This is completely normal and does not affect quality.
Is coconut oil safe for skin and hair use?
Yes. Pure, cold-pressed coconut oil can be used externally for moisturizing skin, scalp nourishment, and hair care.
